VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR 2025 ARE NOW OPEN

If you are interested in being a vendor in 2025, please review the guidelines below before submitting your application.

An integral part of the Festival, our fabulous Vendors add richness and colour to the Ness Creek experience. The Artisan Market features beautiful handcrafted clothing, jewelry and more. The Village for Ecological & Social Justice welcomes a mix of retail businesses and non-profit organizations with an eco-friendly or socially conscious focus. The Festival’s Food Booths keep our festival-goers fed and happy with delicious meals.

+ THE VILLAGE FOR ECOLOGICAL & SOCIAL JUSTICE VENDORS

• Every aspect of our festival ties back to our values. As much as we love bringing you a great lineup, we also strive to bring knowledge. 

• Ness Creek cares so much about social and ecological justice and we know how tough the past few years have been for our friends trying to carry out their good work. So, we're comping the vendor fees for businesses and nonprofits who fit the criteria for our Village for Social and Ecological Justice to set up shop for the festival weekend to promote their important work.

• Application deadline is May 9, 2025. Successful applicants will be contacted by May 16, 2025.

Vendor spaces & fees

• 8x6 Vendor Space (booths #12-16): $300 + GST ($315.00)

• 8x8 Vendor Space (booths #1-5 and #6-11): $350 + GST ($367.50)

• 10x10 Vendor Space (booths #17-19): $350 + GST ($367.50)

NOTE: WHEN PROCEEDING WITH PAYMENT, you will be prompted to make a donation to Zeffy. This is NOT required. Change to OTHER to decline donation. 

+ FOOD VENDORS

• Application deadline is March 30, 2025. Successful applicants will be contacted by April 15, 2025.

Food Vendor Fees

• Initial Deposit: $600 + GST ($630)

• Final Deposit (due May 12): $600 + GST ($630)
