The Ness Creek Cultural & Recreational Society (NCCRS)’s Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. This policy applies to information collected and transactions made on the NCCRS website, in-person at the NCCRS, over the phone with NCCRS personnel, or in-person when the NCCRS participates in off-site events.

When you purchase tickets, products, and services from the NCCRS, enter contests, sign up for our e-newsletter or complete a customer satisfaction survey we may collect certain personal information about you. This includes your name, mailing address, email address, and demographic information, satisfaction and interest preferences. Your information identifies you as a NCCRS customer and allows us to understand your needs and inform you about programming, events, and product offerings which may be of interest to you.

  • Sharing personal information with the NCCRS’s ticketing service provider (Showclix), only if necessary to provide a service related to the NCCRS’s main activities, such as ticketing order fulfillment. Disclosing information when necessary to comply with the law, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
